LOCATION
Business Services Office is located in LeConche Hall, Room 7.
HOURS
Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Office hours are extended during registration and evening hours are available by appointment.
MISSION
The mission of the Briarwood College Business Services Office is:
- To provide accurate and timely financial information to the students, staff, vendors and outside reporting authorities.
- To provide administrative and support services to the College Community.

PAYMENT PLANS
Briarwood College offers several payment plan options to assist students and their families. Estimated financial aid monies are subtracted from annual charges of tuition, fees and residency (if applicable) in calculating the remaining balance to be paid under a chosen payment plan.
All payment plans are free from interest charges.
Late registrants are required to make up all payments due under the payment plan selected prior to the start of classes.
Payments may be made by any of the following methods:
- Cash
- Check/Money Order
- Visa/Mastercard/ Discover/American Express
- Phone (for charge customers, contact the Business Office)
- Mail
- In Person
Two Payment Plan
The balance remaining after financial aid monies (if applicable) is paid in two equal installments. The first installment is due July 1st, while the second installment is due on or before January 1st.
Four Payment Plan
The balance remaining after financial aid monies (if applicable) is paid in four equal installments as follows:
- 25% due on or before July 1st
- 25% due on or before August 1st
- 25% due on or before December 1st
- 25% due on or before January 1st
Eight Payment Plan
The balance remaining after financial aid monies (if applicable) is remitted in eight monthly installments beginning July 1st through and including March 1st.
Ten Payment Plan
The balance remaining after financial aid monies (if applicable) is remitted in ten monthly installments beginning June 1st through and including March 1st.
REFUND INFORMATION
Overpayments in a student's account in relation to the application of Title IV Federal Funds will be refunded within 14 days.
Students wishing to withdraw from the College must submit a request in writing to the Office of the College Registrar. The effective date of the withdrawal is the date the request is received if withdrawal occurs prior to the start of classes, or the last day of attendance if withdrawal occurs after the start of classes. Fees and residency charges are not refundable. Tuition is canceled (credited) based on the schedule below:

Federal regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Education include guidelines to be followed when withdrawal occurs by a student who may have been the recipient of financial assistance through any program authorized in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965. Such guidelines are followed by Briarwood College. Please refer to the section on Federal Regulations Regarding Refunds.
