  • Signed copy of custodial parents' or spouse's 2005 Federal Tax Return with W-2 forms.
  • Signed copy of student's 2005 Federal Tax Return with W-2 forms.

• Priority deadline for Presidential and Liguori Scholarships.

March 31

• Final deadline for Alumni, DECA, and FBLA Scholarship recommendation letters
• Priority deadline for Founders Scholarship.
• Accepted students who have completed the financial aid process will receive from Briarwood College:
  • Financial Aid Award Letter
  • Projected Out of Pocket Cost and Payment Plan Information
  • Request for missing documents
• Send to Briarwood College Financial Aid Office:
  • Signed Award Letter
  • Loan applications if applicable
  • All other required paperwork requested on financial aid award letter.

April 30

• Final deadline for School Partner nominations.
• Review payment plan information received from Briarwood College.
• Contact the Financial Aid Office for assistance in selecting alternative financial options.

May

• Sign up for payment plan and obtain financial clearance for registration.

June

• You will receive your Fall semester bill from the Business Services Office. Please review it carefully.

July

• All financial aid funds are applied to the student's account in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Fall semester bill due.
