Interlibrary loan services are available to faculty, staff and current students of Briarwood College. Forms are available at the Circulation Desk. A separate form must be filled out for each request.

Before submitting an interlibrary loan request, patrons should first check the card catalog to make sure that the Library does not own the material.

Certain items such as reference materials, complete journal issues or volumes are not normally available via interlibrary loan. However, photocopies can be requested. The Library adheres to the copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code).

Interlibrary loan requests can take an average of two weeks. When items arrive, patrons will be notified via phone or email and may pick up their interlibrary loan requests at the Library 8:30-4:30, Monday through Friday. Conditions of use are set by the lending library, and the Anthony A. Pupillo Library is bound by these conditions. These conditions include length of loan, special restrictions and renewal limitations. All books must be returned to the Anthony A. Pupillo Library by specified date or Interlibrary Loan privileges may be revoked. You will be charged for any material that is not returned and will permanently lose your interlibrary loan privileges.
