Internships
Students enrolled in any of the Health Information Technology programs are challenged to apply their classroom knowledge by completing an internship in a professional setting. The program director works closely with prospective internship site supervisors to ensure a meaningful and successful on-the-job experience for each student. In many cases, interning students are so well received that full-time employment is offered after graduation. In the past, typical internship sites have included the following locations:
