The Hospitality Management program, with concentrations in Travel and Tourism Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management, prepares students for opportunities in one of the country's largest and fastest growing industries. Both concentrations provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt to a continuously changing hospitality work environment.
The curriculum prepares students to think, to make decisions, to interact effectively, to use creativity to solve problems, and to communicate using the latest technology. The skills of writing, listening, and speaking are important components of all Hospitality Management courses and programs.
