High school wasn't too bad, but I didn't take it seriously. I really didn't challenge myself, so needless to say I didn't do well. Some of the difficulties that I had in high school were lack of concern about my future and lack of seriousness. After high school, I hit the real world and I realized that I needed more of an education to obtain the positions I wanted.

The number one reason that prompted me to go back to school was lack of accomplishment. I always wanted to go back to school, and the Briarwood Saturday program has given me that chance to attend college while working full time. Since I have attended Briarwood College I feel there is nothing I can't accomplish. Briarwood has given me the tools that I need to move forward in the future.

My future plan is to continue in my college education and advance in my career. I'm now working on my second degree at Briarwood College using my Education for Life® benefit, so it's FREE! I am Sonny Holmes. I AM BRIARWOOD.
